Molly Heartfield
At a very young age, I knew that organizing was my true passion in life. While most kids were playing with dolls and toys, I found my kind of fun to be reorganize my closet and drawers. I carried these traits throughout my life and later into my career as a nanny/personal assistant. Without instruction, I always found myself organizing pantries, drawers, playrooms, and pretty much anything that was not nailed down.
Since 2017 when Heart & Co. was originally started as a nanny agency, it quickly transitioned into my dream job focused around luxury organizing services. From the amazing clients and families that have used our services for childcare we have now found that once their household is in order, it has given them back the time to do what really matters to them in life.

Cally Biggs
After 8 years of executing marketing programs for large scale companies, I was ready to follow my passion of home organization and design. In my role of Marketing and Operations Manager, I bring a dynamic blend of creativity and practicality to our client’s spaces and the Heart & Co. brand as a whole.
My passion for home organization extends beyond mere tidiness; it’s a commitment to creating environments that foster productivity and relaxation. The best days of the week are the ones spent on projects helping the team bring creative, bespoke solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Liz Ciaramitaro
With 5 years of corporate experience in Marketing, Sales and various leadership positions, I have developed a strong foundation in strategic thinking and client relationships. Throughout my life, I’ve always been passionate about clean, organized spaces—a passion that dates back to my childhood, when my favorite “play dates” involved reorganizing my bedroom and diving into pantries and junk drawers.
I enjoy bringing my clients’ visions to life, helping them achieve a level of order and efficiency they didn’t know was possible. My goal is to provide them with the peace of mind and clarity needed to thrive in their everyday lives!
Interior Designer
Taylor Shaw
After spending five years in the home departments of two major corporations, Taylor decided to pursue her true passion for interior design. She honed her skills at a prestigious design firm in Nantucket and Boston, gaining invaluable experience. Following a brief hiatus to start her family, Taylor teamed up with Molly to launch the Interior Design Branch of Heart & Co., where they create inspiring and functional spaces together.
As a passionate interior designer at Heart & Company, Taylor specializes in creating beautiful, inviting spaces that reflect her clients' unique styles and lifestyles. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to functionality, she works with our clients one on one to transform their homes into serene sanctuaries. She believes that a well-designed environment not only enhances aesthetics but also fosters harmony and productivity. Whether it’s a cozy living room or a streamlined office, she thrives on helping clients reimagine their spaces for optimal flow and inspiration.

For as long as I can remember, I knew I wanted to do something that was different and creative; I never wanted a desk job. While working throughout college and finding a job after graduation, I found that I was always working in an environment that I had to be organized, patient and always on the move. While working in the event industry after college and having to be on top of every single detail, I knew I had some sort of skill that not everyone has. That is when I realized professional organizing could be more than a hobby.
Organizing at Heart & Co. is not just a job for me, it's a passion. I would not be the person I am today without my need to be organized in more ways than just a clean room. I am so excited to be a part of a company that helps change our client's lives.
